SRINAGAR, Dec 9: In order to reach out and help the students belonging to under privilege section of the society J&K
Police distributed bags and stationery items to the deserving students in Dawar, Gurez, and Bandipora today.
A police spokesman said under the Civic Action Program, police in its endeavor to offer a helping hand to the students belonging to under privilege section of the society so that they are able to receive quality education.
Superintendent of Police, District Bandipora, B A Khan distributed school bags and stationary items among the 300 under privileged students.
The officers of civil administration and Army were present in the function including CO 77 Base Regimental Dawar, CO JK Rifles, Tehsildar Gurez, Ex-Engineer PWD and PDD, ZEO Gurez, Sarpanch Dawar, Markoot, Tulail and Wanpora.
