JAMMU, June 21: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Advocate Sumit Nayyar seeking respondents to develop/improve the tourist infrastructural facilities for the Patnitop-Mantalai-Sudh Mahadev, a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi has granted three weeks time for filing latest status report.
Advocate Sumit Nayyar appeared for the PIL whereas Senior AAG SS Nanda for the UT.
