Warm send off accorded to retirees

JAMMU, June 30: The Kathua unit of Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) today bid affectionate adieu to Rashpal Singh, Assistant Information Officer of District Information Center Kathua on his superannuation today. In a function organized at the District Information Centre Kathua, officers and officials of DIPR Kathua highlighted Rashpal Singh’s valuable contributions to the department and wished him happy post retirement life. District Information Officer Kathua Neeraj Bhargav and Assistant Information Officer Gurpreet Singh were present on the occasion.
Senior Lecturer Ashok Kumar Sharma, who retired from School Education Department on his superannuation, was given a warm send off in a simple but impressive function organized at Shaheed Inspector Kamal Singh Government Boys Model Higher Secondary School, Udhampur. The Officiating Principal and the staff members of the School wished the retiree a happy, prosperous and healthy post retirement life.
On attaining the age of superannuation, two officers of J&K Armed Police (JKAP) 6th Battalion namely Mohd Taj (ARP-822490) and Mohd Iqbal (ARP-825570) were bidden warm adieu by the officers and officials of the Battalion in an impressive farewell party held at Battalion Headquarter Behra, in district Poonch. Suram Singh (SSP), Commandant of the Battalion along with RI, LO, other officers and Jawans wished the retirees a healthy and meaningful post retirement life.
