JAMMU, June 30: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Smile Social Youth Club seeking establishment of Genetic Counseling Centres, Genetic Clinic, Genetic Laboratories, a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi has sought fresh status report in this regard.
The DB also observed, “it appears that the timeline within which the Genetic Counseling Centres, Genetic Clinic, Genetic Laboratories etc are to be established have not been shown in the status report”.
