KISHTWAR, June 20: In view of birth anniversary celebrations of Mata Sarthal Devi Ji (Annual Yatra) on June 27 and 28, a meeting of management council was held here today to finalize the arrangement of Yatra under the chairmanship of vice-chairman, Jugal Bhandari.
During the meeting, the management stressed upon the authorities to declare holidays on June 27 and 28 keeping in view the sentiments of the community.
Briefing about the programme of the Yatra, the meeting announced that the Shoba Yatra will start towards Sarthal Bhawan on June 27 at 2 pm and free transportation for to and fro journey with lodging and boarding at Bhawan will be provided by the management.
It was also announced that Puran Aahuti of Shri Chandi mata Hawan and Path started three days earlier shall be performed at 12 pm on June 28 at Sarthal. The management has extended a cordial invitation to all the devotees to participate in the Annual Yatra to get the blessings of Mata Sarthal Devi Ji.
