Annual Shri Pingla Mata Yatra on July 16

UDHAMPUR, July 6: Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Shri Pingla Mata Ji Udhampur is going to organize Shri Pingla Mata Ji Akhand Jyoti Yatra on July 16, 2023.
This was informed by president of the Sanstha, Ashok Kumar Gupta, while addressing a press conference here today.
He said that the Sanstha is organizing 17th Pingla Mata Akhand Jyoti Yatra and a Shobha Yatra of Shri Pingla Mata will be taken out on July 15, 2023 from Pandav Mandir, which after passing through various locations of the town like Hospital Road, Sallian Talab, Chabutra Bazaar, Main Bazaar, Gole Market, Mukerji, Bazaar, Ramnagar Chowk and Slathia Chowk, will culminate back at its starting point.
The Akhand Jyoti would remain at Pandav Mandir and will be carried to Pingla Mata Darbar at 7:30 am in the morning of July 16 in a procession of devotees, he added.
Gupta said that the devotees would be provided bus service this year also from Udhampur to the pilgrimage point on July 16. The langar facility would also be provided by the Sanstha at the cave shrine to serve the devotees from within and outside J&K, , he added.
Others presented on the occasion were Vice-President of the Sanstha, Ajay Kumar Gudda, Ankush Gupta, Ram Lal, Akshay Mahajan and Manik Shah.
