DODA, Dec 13: All J&K Diploma Engineers Association has framed district Doda unit led by Vikar Ahmed Mir.
In a meeting of the Central body of the Association held under the chairmanship of Upinder Singh, the new unit for district Doda was framed. Farooq Ahmed Khan is the chairman, Vikar Ahmed Mir president, Altaf Hussain and A H Qazi vice chairpersons, Vivek Kotwal and Arif Mansoor senior vice presidents, Sunil Verma vice president, Fahim Raja general secretary, Ashiq Hussain and Najeeb-ur-Rehman –secretaries, Sudesh Kumar spokesman, Shahid Saleem treasurer while Manjit Kotwal publicity secretary of the Association.
The newly elected members pledged to work for the welfare of the diploma engineers of various departments like PWD, PHE, I&FC, PMGSY, Mech, REW and PDD.
