JAMMU, Dec 14: Various communities are celebrating annual congregations at their respective places of worship on December 17 with great religious fervour and enthusiasm.
Annual congregation of Mishra Biradari is being held on December 17 at Bua Kishno Devi Asthan at Purmandal, where after various rituals Puran Ahuti will be performed at 12 noon which would be followed by Bhandara from 2 pm onwards. All Biradari members have been asked to participate and obtain blessings of the deity.
The annual congregation of Bhatti Biradari is going to be held on December 17 at Devsthan Rathana Camp. Biradari has been appealed to participate along with families to get blessings of the deity and partake Prasad at Langar which will be held from 1 pm onwards.
Annual congregation of Johal Biradari is being held at devsthal village Bhojpur (R S Pura) on December 17. The programme will start with Hawan at 6:30 am to 9 am which would be followed by Langar from 11 am onwards. All Biradari members have been requested to take part and have blessings of the deities.
