SUNDERBANI, July 11: An elderly man was killed during a clash between two parties over a land dispute at Ghai Tanda village in Sunderbani area of district Rajouri this evening.
Official sources said that on Tuesday evening a clash between two parties took place at village Ghai Tanda over a land dispute. During clash Capt (Retd) Ram Singh sustained injury on his chest due to stone pelting by Shamsheer Ahmed and he died on the spot.
Later, matter was reported to police at Sunderbani. The police registered a case FIR No. 50/2023 and arrested the accused person in this connection. The body of Capt Ram Singh was sent for postmortem.
