JKTF discusses Teachers’ demands

KATHUA, Dec 16: A meeting of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers  Forum (JKTF) unit Kathua was held under the chairmanship of Amarnath Thakur and provincial president SEECC, Jammu.
The teaching community highlighted its grievances which included regularization of all officers of Education Department, Joint Directors, Chief Education Officers, Principal, ZEOs, Incharges Lecturers and Headmasters.
They also discussed other demands of teaching community and also requested Deputy Chief Minister to take strong action  against the officers involved in the corruption charges.  They said that those union leaders of Jammu province who are indulged in corrupt practices may be identified and put behind the bars.
Those present on the occasion were Bharat Bhushan, Om Prakash Singh, Mohd Sadiq, Subash Sharma and others.
