JAMMU, Dec 16: Vodafone India has ramped up its retail presence in Jammu province with the launch of two Vodafone Mini-stores in Samba and Nowshera areas.
Having the largest retail touch point network in the State, Vodafone has become the first mobile service provider to open a retail touch point in Nowshera town of Rajouri district.
With the launch of these two stores, the number of Vodafone retail touch points in the State has gone up to 51, including two company-owned stores, which has further improved Vodafone’s presence in the region to cater to the requirements of its growing customer base.
Speaking about the launch of the new Vodafone Mini store, Asit Shekhar, Business Head – J&K, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, Vodafone India, said, “It is our constant endeavour to service the needs and requirements of our customers effectively. Vodafone mini stores have been specially designed to reach and cater to the requirements of customers in smaller towns. This new Vodafone Mini-store will provide convenience and easy neighbourhood access to our customers. We are sure savvy mobile phone users in these regions will love to visit the Vodafone store and experience its multiple offerings.”
The stores in Samba and Nowshera will cater to all existing and potential voice and data subscribers, Shekhar said, adding offering the e-bill facility, Vodafone Mini-Stores are managed by trained Vodafone executives. These stores also provide SIM replacements to customers, resolve their complaints and answer their service and bill-related queries.
