JAMMU, July 19: A drug peddler was arrested with 510 psychotropic tablets from Khour area here today.
A police spokesperson said that a team of Police Station Khour led by SDPO Akhnoor Mohan Lal assisted by SHO Khour Inspector Rahul Mahajan laid a special naka where they rounded up a suspect identified as Satish Kumar of Nikkian, Khour.
During search of the suspect, he said, 510 Tramadol capsules were recovered.
Accordingly, the accused was arrested and booked in case FIR number 73/2023 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Khour and further investigation taken up.
