CCI flays BSNL for poor services in J&K

JAMMU, Dec 18:  Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Jammu has strongly criticized the BSNL authorities for its poor and deteriorating services in the State.
In an emergency meeting of the  office bearers of the Chamber, held here  under the chairmanship of  its president, Y V Sharma today, the members strongly condemned the State BSNL authorities for the delivery of poor services. They alleged that there has been massive deterioration in the services, especially with regard to the Mobile phones.
They pointed out that even during October 2013, the BSNL authorities had assured to improve its services after strong criticism from the  CCI but there has been no improvement at all. The call drops and weak signals have  left the consumers to suffer a lot.  It has caused most inconvenience to the people. It seems that the company officers are hardly bothered about the issue. It was unanimously resolved to bring the matter to the notice of higher authorities at the Union Capital through strong communication.
Senior vice president of CCI, Sham Lal Langar, vice president Anil Gupta, secretary general Arun Gupta and others were also present.
