Hari, Rajni listen public problems

JAMMU, July 27: President District Congress Committee (DCC) Jammu Rural, Hari Singh Chib has said that problems being faced by the general public in the absence of a popular Government in J&K have increased.
While conducting a door-to-door campaign in Ward number 60 along with Rajni Bala, Councillor of the Ward today, Chib underscored that lack of a democratically elected Government in J&K has resulted in the deprivation of basic amenities like regular power and water supply apart from problems due to dilapidated roads etc for the citizens.
“BJP has failed to fulfil promises which it had made with the public and this has disappointed the people,” he maintained adding: “Lack of basic amenities has affected daily lives of the people.”
Later on, both the senior Congress leaders interacted with the people of Ward number 60 and listened to their issues.
Rajni Bala, while addressing the concern raised by the people, assured them that their civic issues would be promptly addressed. She said that Congress is committed to serve the aspirations of the people.
