JAMMU, July 27: In order to discourage the increasing drug menace and abstained from selling banned drugs, Chemists Shops Owners Association in Tehsil Khour has appealed to all the Chemists in the entire tehsil to maintain proper record.
In a meeting of the Association held under the chairmanship of Sita Ram, the members pleaded for maintaining proper record by each Chemist and avoid promoting banned drugs. While discussing the issues of the Chemists of the area, the Association unanimously resolved to discourage the sale of drugs of toxic nature/ banned medicines. They said that all the traders, dealing with the drugs must maintain proper record, as directed by the Food & Drugs Department.
Sehdev Singh- vice chairman, Budhi Singh- secretary, Vikas- cashier, Kishore Kumar, Ankush, Rahul and other members were also present during the meeting.
