KISHTWAR, Dec 19: Diploma Engineers Association has constituted its unit for Kishtwar and elected the district office bearers.
Abid Hussain and Mahesh Singh Badyal have been elected as chairman and president respectively while Rayees Hussain Mir and Mohinder Singh Parihar were elected as vice-chairman.
Kamal Nath Sharma and Farid Ahmad Sheikh were elected as senior vice-president while Mansoor Ahmed Shah, Bashir Ahmad Mingnoo and Altaf Hussain Sheikh were elected for the post of vice-president, general secretary and secretary, respectively.
Tezen Puzang, Rikhi Raj, Asif Hussain Waza and Majid Hussain Bhat are the joint secretary, chief organizer, treasurer and publicity secretary respectively of the district unit.
The unit was constituted by the central body of the Diploma Engineers Association, which visited Kishtwar under the leadership of Upinder Singh.
