SRINAGAR, Dec 19: A local Court in Baramulla rejected bail application of a drug peddler involved in smuggling of Brown Sugar from across the Line of Control (LoC) under the garb of LoC trade using truck bearing registration No. JK02F-0127.
Principle and District Sessions Judge Baramulla rejected the bail application of Yasir Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Rehman Mir of Hazratbal Srinagar, who was arrested by Baramulla police in August this year in case FIR No. 47/2013 U/S 8/21, 29 NDPS Act.
