JAMMU, Dec 19: Jammu University unit of National Secular Forum (NSF) today remembered freedom fighters Ashfaq-Ulla Khan and Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil on their martyrdom day by organizing a function on the campus.
Amid patriotic slogans, they paid tributes to Ashfaq-Ulla and Bismil by garlanding their portraits.
NC leader and members JKCA, Ankush Abrol was the chief guest while Dr Vikas Sharma, presided over the function. NSF president Sukhdev Singh was guest of honour on the occasion.
Speakers stressed upon the youth to shun their self centered outlook and contribute for the development of the nation.
The programme was coordinated by Ajaz Shah, Mustaq and Bhupinder Singh.
