Manjit flays poor development in Dhayansar

SAMBA, Aug 2: Apni Party Provincial president Jammu, Manjit Singh has demanded revamping of developmental activities in Dhayansar area of Samba.
The Apni Party leader was addressing a meeting cum joining programme organized by OBC president, Bhagat Ram.
On this occasion, prominent youth leader Balbir Kumar along with supporters from various political parties joined Apni Party.
Welcoming the new entrants into Party fold, Manjit expressed hope that their joining would strengthen the Party.
He said that the Dhanyansar area was neglected by the authorities as far as development is concerned.
“The authorities have not taken any step for improving drainage system, development of lanes, cleanliness etc in the area,” Singh maintained expressing anguish over unprecedented power cuts in Jammu region including Dhayansar that has adversely affected the normal life.
“Power cuts have affected agricultural activities and the water supply system,” he continued.
The Apni Party leader blamed the traditional political parties for the negligence and backwardness of Dhayansar and accused them that they got votes from the people but did nothing on ground for them.
He assured the people that if Apni Party forms next Government in J&K, equitable development will be done in all areas and regions without any discrimination.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Saleem Choudhry, SC president, Bodh Raj Bhagat, OBC State president, Bhagat Ram and others.
