JAMMU, Aug 7: Mayor of Jammu city, Rajinder Sharma along with others released the book ‘Political Truth of Jammu and Kashmir’ during a function here.
Written by Dr. Jeevan Dhar the book was released at a function in Ram Ashram, Peer Khoo.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta; BJP J&K president, Ravinder Raina; Priya Sethi, former Minister; Yudhveer Sethi and Narottam Sharma, JMC Councillor.
All the prominent persons present on the occasion appreciated the efforts of Dr. Jeevan Dhar for penning down realities of J&K which passed through vicious cycles of terrorism.
They said that more in this direction is expected from the author to guide the present generation of J&K in right direction.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Jeevan Dhar, Principal Paddar Degree College who authored the book said that realities of J&K were rarely written but honest approach is needed from the writers in this regard.
