JAMMU, Aug 7: Consequent upon his promotion by the Union Home Ministry, the 1992 cadre IAS officer Shaleen Kabra has been re-designated as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Jal Shakti Department by the Jammu and Kashmir Government.
An order issued in this context read, “consequent upon promotion of Shaleen Kabra to the Apex Scale (Level-17 in the Pay Matrix) by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and his subsequent assumption of charge on July 31, 2023, the officer is hereby designated as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Jal Shakti Department.”
Kabra is currently serving as Principal Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department (PHE, Irrigation, and Flood Control Department).
