JAMMU, Aug 10: JMC Councillor, Rajni Bala of Ward number 60 here today started reconstruction work of a bathroom at Paloura Pond for Mohalla Buta Nagar and Dhok Paloura in the presence of prominent citizens of the area.
The work will be completed with an estimated expenditure of Rs. 39 lakh and under this improvement to existing bathroom near Padha Biradari Temple for Mohallah Paroch, Mohallah Panchyat Ghar and Sandh and balance work for bathroom near Guru Ravi Dass Temple will be done.
Dev Raj, Uttam Chand, Surinder Dalotra, Tirth Ram, Vipan Dhar and Kaku Mistri were also present on this occasion.
Addressing the locals Rajni Bala said the work started today was the long pending demand of the people of the area.
She assured the people to leave no stone unturned in transforming Ward number 60 into a model one.
