LEH, Aug 21: District Police Leh has arrested a drug peddler and recovered 136 grams of charas from his possession.
“On the evening of August 20, a police patrolling party from Police Post Housing Colony Leh apprehended a drug peddler namely Mukarram son of Masom Ali resident of Dhaki Dehradun at Skara Road near Zorawar Fort and recovered 136 grams of charas-like substance from his possession,” a Police spokesman said.
He said accordingly a case FIR Number 142/2023, under Section 8/20 of the NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Leh and further investigation started.
