JAMMU, Aug 25: Thieves allegedly decamped with a scooty from Janipur Colony area here.
Sources said a scooty belonging to one Behari Lal Verma son of Munshi Ram of Janipur Housing Colony was stolen on the intervening nights of August 22 and 23. It was parked in the lane outside the house of Behari Lal.
After the complainant approached Police, a case FIR number 86/2023 under Section 379 IPC has been registered at Police Station Janipur and further investigation taken up.
