Srinagar, Aug 30: Aiming to ensure consistent and effective administration at SKIMS Medical College & Hospital (MC&H), Bemina, the Government has decided to extend the tenure of Dr. Irfan Robbani as the institution’s Principal.
As per an official order released by the Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department, Dr Robbani’s tenure as the Principal of SKIMS MC&H, Bemina, has been prolonged by an additional year.
The order, with the objective of seamless administration, stipulates that Dr. Robbani will continue to serve as Principal for an extended duration of one year. This tenure may also be subject to further adjustments based on subsequent orders, concluding with the earlier of the two conditions.
It is pertinent to mention that following the completion of Dr. Riyaz Untoo’s term.
Dr. Robbani, was appointed, as the Principal of the institution in September 2021. The appointment was for two years and on a full-time basis.
