JAMMU, Aug 31: Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) Delhi, Rajesh Kumar, held a meeting with the members of the Divisional Rail Users Consultative Committee (DRUCC) in New Delhi today.
Senior officers of the various departments of Delhi Division were present on the occasion. The meeting was organized in accordance with the directives given by Ministry of Railways to increase public outreach to get feedback for providing better service to the nation. Railway related issues in areas falling under Delhi Division were discussed with the nominated members of the committee to find quick solutions for the benefit of the passengers.
ADRM Delhi briefed DRUCC members about various developmental activities, new initiatives and the completed, ongoing and planned works relating to passenger amenities, infrastructure and services at stations and trains within the jurisdiction of Delhi Division of Northern Railway. The members presented various issues related to their area.
Rajesh Kumar assured the members that Delhi Division of Northern Railway would implement the various suggestions put forth by them. He further said that Delhi Division would always remain committed in the service of the passengers and rail users.
