CMO Doda to enquire into allegations against then BMO Gandoh

DODA, Sept 4: Health and Medical Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, today appointed Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Doda as the inquiry officer to enquire into the allegations levelled against the then BMO Gandoh.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Chief Medical Officer Doda as inquiry officer to enquire into the matter in light of the charges levelled against Dr Mushtaq Ahmed, the then BMO Gandoh,” read an order issued by Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department.
The Inquiry Officer has been asked to submit his report within 30 days from the date of issuance of the order today on September 4th, 2023.
