SAMBA, Sep 4: The District Police Samba seized nine vehicles involved in illegal mining from various parts of the district.
Police teams comprising of SHO Police Station Samba Daljeet Singh, SHO Police Station Vijaypur Sandeep Charak and ASI Ramesh Chander under the supervision of Deputy SP Garu Ram, SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary seized these at different locations in Samba district.
The seized vehicles include five dumpers bearing registration numbers JK02CJ-1867, JK21E-5572, JK02BF-6649, JK21E-8590 and JK14H-1478 and three tractor trolleys bearing registration numbers JK21F-2501, JK21H-9386, JK21G-9341 and one tractor trolley without any registration number.
