JAMMU, Sept 7: Art work of acclaimed artist, Suman Gupta, son of the soil, has been showcased in an ongoing show in Delhi.
A curated show titled ‘Soliloquy’ showcased the art that celebrates a generation of artists at the vanguard of contemporary painting is being organised by gallery NVYA at their newly opened space at GA Lounge, General Aviation Terminal.
Suman Gupta’s latest works painted in mixed medium on canvas are being shown in this major show.
His paintings are inspired by nature in all its forms in conflict and compatibility with human elements for co- existing in their respected surroundings. But what distinguished this self-taught artist from the rest of his elk is the apparent ethnic feel of his works.
