UDHAMPUR, Sept 7: In two separate incidents, Pakistani flags attached with balloons were found in Majalta and Ramnagar area, here this morning.
According to the police report, a Pakistani flag attached with balloons was found hanging from a tree in village Satrari of Majalta tehsil, about 10 AM today. The flag was attached with posters and red green balloons.
SHO Majalta Rakesh Kumar said that acting on an information that few locals had spotted a Pakistani flag with balloons in village Satrari, all the material was taken into custody for further investigation.
Meanwhile, Police Station Ramnagar also received an informed that few locals had spotted a Pakistani flag tied with air balloons at Payala under Santer Panchayat in Ramanagr.
Team from Police Station Ramanagr, led by SHO Ramnagar Inspector Sohan Singh rushed to the spot and seized all the material for further investigation.
According to SSP Udhampur, Vinod Kumar, these flags might have flown to this side with balloons even as further investigation was going on.
