Kabul, Sept 11: The Afghan security forces have discovered arms and ammunition in east Afghanistan’s Wardak province, a statement of provincial police said on Monday.
Three AKMs, one machine gun, three SKS and a variety of munition have been discovered from Jalrez and Daimirdad districts, the statement added without providing more details.
The Afghan police have earlier claimed discovery and confiscation of 21 pieces of Kalashnikovs, 83 pistols and ammunition in Kabul over the past year.
