JAMMU, Dec 30: City Judge Jammu, Abdul Nasir today awarded three years imprisonment to Chain Singh, driver of Tata Sumo, who had killed a woman by rash and negligent driving on July 11, 2007.
After hearing CPO Sanjay Kohli for the State, City Judge observed, “the accident caused by the accused is not the result of mere high speed but is a result to negligence. The guilt of the accused has been proved beyond any reasonable doubts”.
Accordingly, Court awarded three years imprisonment to Chain Singh.
