JAMMU, Sept 17: Rahul Tandon of Jammu and Kashmir has been appointed as J&K State spokesperson by the Indian Youth Congress (IYC).
A letter in this regard was issued by Youth Congress President Srinivas Bv.
The letter said “We are happy to appoint state spokespersons on probation period with immediate effect. Indian Youth Congress is confident that you all will dedicate your full time and energy and further strengthens the Congress Party under the able and dynamic leadership of Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.”
Tandon has been a part of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress for the last several years. Before this responsibility, he was holding the post of General Secretary in Youth Congress.
Rahul further expressed gratitude to Rahul Gandhi, Krishna Allavaru, Srinivas BV and incharges Jagdev Gaga, Amit Pathania for his appointment.
