POONCH, Sept 18: Two absconders, wanted in a murder case registered in Police Station Mendhar, have been arrested by the police from Shopian in Kashmir.
The arrested accused were identified as Mohd Aslam, son of Siraj Din and Mohd Sadeeq , son of Bagh Hussain, both the residents of Sakhi Maidan, Tehsil Mendhar.
The accused were wanted in case FIR number 43/2022, under section 302, 307, 342, 427, 34 IPC of P/S Mendhar and had been absconding while a general warrant of arrest U/S 299 CrPC was issued against them by Principal and Session Court Poonch.
