KARGIL/JAMMU, Sept 21:
A mortar shell was defused safely in Kargil district in the Union Territory of Ladakh today.
Locals found the unexploded shell in Sharchay area of Batalik border belt and informed security forces.
The Sappers of the Army safely defused it.
