JAMMU, Sept 22: BJP Health and Medical Cell here today organized Ayushman Bharat Camp for the staff and workers of Jay Kay Coir Foam Limited.
The Camp was inaugurated by BJP J&K Convener Health and Medical Cell, Puneet Mahajan along with Co-conveners, Dr. Rajinder Gupta and Bharat Bhushan Padha.
Speaking on the occasion Puneet Mahajan said that Ayushman scheme launched by PM Modi has proved to be a game changer for India’s healthcare system as every poor person can now get treatment at best hospitals across the country.
He further said that the Ayushman Bhav campaign, initiated by Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is a comprehensive nationwide healthcare initiative that aims to provide saturation coverage of healthcare services and reaching every village and town in the country.
“The campaign, which will be implemented during Seva Pakhwada to mark 73rd birthday of PM Modi from September 17 to October 2, 2023, ensures that every individual receives essential health services without any disparity,” he maintained.
During the camp more than 100 people were registered for the flagship scheme.
