POONCH, Sept 23: Local administration has demolished a structure raised on encroached land at Potha bypass in Surankote area of Poonch district.
Official sources said that following the order of High Court, the encroachment on a land/ Dastageer Acadamy was removed on January 28, 2023 but it was encroached again and the structure has now again been demolished by the administration.
Executive Magistrate/ Naib Tehsildar Surankote along with team and police party was on the spot during this action. He said this is the land of Nallah on which structure was illegally constructed, which has been demolished.
