JAMMU, Sept 24: Sham Lal Basson, Municipal Councillor Ward No 48 Bahu Fort, Jammu has commenced lane and drain work at New Nasti, Bahu Fort Jammu.
Sham Basson said that work of lane and drain will be completed with the estimated cost of Rs 6.00 lakh. He assured that most of the work of the ward has already been done and rest of the work will be completed shortly.
He expressed that development works were taken up in every Mohalla of ward no 48 in a balanced way. Sham Lal Basson expressed happiness that all the deserving people have been covered under different schemes such as widow, old age and disabled pensions. He said more than 400 caste certificates were prepared and distributed at their homes. Most of the domicile certificates, Golden cards (Sehat cards) were provided at doorstep.
Meanwhile another lane and drain work was kick started at Kalika Colony Bahu Fort Jammu in presence of Joginder Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Sheela Devi, Ram Kumar. Others present on this occasion were Sham Lal Kalsi, Rajesh Kumar, Ram Lal, Joginder Kumar, Om Parkash Thapa, Rattan Lal Basson, Krishan Lal Basson, Chander Parkash, Anil Bassan, Suresh Kumar, Raj Kumari, Kamal Kishore, Veero Devi, Sham Lal Menia, Shanker Dass and Bansi Lal.
