JAMMU, Sept 25: Commissioner/Secretary Industries and Commerce Department Vikramjit Singh today appointed Inderjeet, Managing Director SICOP/SIDCO to enquire into charges framed against Rattan Lal Tickoo, ex Managing Director SICOP by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
An order said Reyaz Hussain, Director Finance in the Directorate of Industries and Commerce will assist the Enquiry Officer to evaluate any kind of financial impropriety while Rakesh Singh Bhau, Divisional Manager, Finance at SICOP shall be the Presenting Officer.
The Enquiry Officer has been asked to complete the task assigned to him within 21 days and submit findings/report to the Government.
