KATHUA, June 22: A seminar-cum-awareness camp for Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) of the district was organized by the Income Tax Department here today.
On the occasion, Tajinder Pal Singh, Additional CIT, TDS was the chief guest and he made a power point presentation giving an overview of taxation through TDS. He also laid stress on e-filing of returns.
Amit Trakroo, Income Tax Officer, TDS Circle Jammu gave a power point presentation on the provisions of TDS and the role of DDOs. Rajan Kumar, ITO Kathua presented vote of thanks.
