JAMMU, Sept 29: On World Heart Day today, Radio Mirchi 98.3 organized a unique stress relieving event ‘Mirchi Dil Dhadakne Do’ at Wheelocity Skoda showroom, Channi, in presence of eminent gathering of cardiologists, psychologists and counsellors and Mirchi listeners.
Earlier, Mirchi’s RJ Chaitanya, RJ Tani and Rj Rohit interacted with the listeners through radio and asked them to share their heart out, things that are leading to stress and making their heart feel heavy.
The event commenced with the importance of healthy mind which leads to healthy heart by RJ Rohit, RJ Chaitanya and RJ Tani. Their enthusiasm and efforts made it a truly memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Several entertaining activities and sessions were held like retro singing session, fun games and a poetic tribute.
Jagdeep Singh (JKAS) from Department of Industries and Commerce J&K, who once was a very popular Stand Up comedian, graced the occasion and shared his experience of making a perfect balance between personal and professional life and how important it is to prioritize your own health.
The MDs of Wheelocity Skoda, Mudasir Nabi Sheikh, Ranjiv Khajuria and Munish Khajuria said, “One’s heart is the hub of their life’s journey; it is more than just an organ. On World Heart Day, choose actions that will keep your mind happy and heart healthy”.
Chaitanya Gupta, Station head of 98.3 Mirchi’s Jammu Station honoured these modern-day heroes for they not only mend bodies but also mend spirits, reassuring us that, in our moments of greatest need, we are never alone. He said Mirchi since its inception has always ensured to come up with new ideas and events to keep the city happy and entertained with its tagline “It’s HOT”.
