JAMMU, Jan 6: P.L Koul called on Governor, N.N. Vohra, here at Raj Bhavan today, and presented a copy of his book, “Kashmiri Pandits- Bujhe Chirag”, to the Governor.
This book is about the exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits from the Valley from 1990 onwards and the severe sufferings faced by them since then.
