Change education system

Sir,
The Indian education system  has been the target of many allegations from students, parents and teachers. Students think they are overburdened, teachers think they are not paid enough and parents want their children to secure 99.99 percent marks. Where does the buck stop? India is already on its way to becoming a developed country. However certain things are still lacking. Education has become one of the important prerequisite to survive in the today’s world but unfortunately India is lacking behind in education. India’s education system is ranked 74th in the entire world. Education in India is a clean business today. Today’s education system creates jealousy among students. It never stresses the importance of love and care, after all that’s what life is all about. Money is an aid for living but it has become living for money. Today we are culturally strong and we need to be educationally strong also. Educational system should aim at meeting the educational needs of the entire population of different age groups. It should have the ability of preparing today’s child to futures citizen who is capable of adapting himself to various forms of self learning. A potential education system favors all the necessary and inevitable requirements of nurturing a tot into a complete humane who is conscious of all kinds of social etiquette along with technical skills. Indian education system definitely needs some reforms. Our system of education mostly empathizes on theoretical aspects, which is not sufficient for an individual to succeed in life. Practical aspects must be focused on.  In colleges also syllabi must be modified in order to make the students capable of handling the real life situations. There is so much talent untapped in India and if Indian government improvises new changes in its implementation of education and career oriented education that would be good & also pave a path for an improved education system in India.
Yours etc….
