Three injured in road accidents

JAMMU, Oct 6: Three people were injured in separate road accidents in Jammu District today, police said.
They said one Surjit Kumar (29) son of Pritam Lal of Nowshera at present Greater Kailash was hit by a motorcycle opposite Vishal Mart at Greater Kailash area. He was shifted to Gandhi Nagar Hospital from where he was referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, where he is undergoing treatment.
One Anubhav Padha (28) son of Ashok Kumar of VPO Muthi was injured after the scooty he was riding on was hit by an unknown vehicle at Muthi Camp area. He was also rushed to GMC Jammu for treatment, police said.
At Upper Roop Nagar, they said, one Saqib Manzoor (28) son of Manzoor Hussain of Janipur Main Stop, Jammu, was injured after the motorcycle he was riding on was hit by a car. He is also undergoing treatment at GMC Jammu.
Police have registered separate cases under the relevant sections of the law at different police stations and started further investigations into the cases.
