JAMMU, Oct 7: A book of Hindi poems “Zindagi Jeeyo Har Pal” (“Live Life Har Pal”) written by Surendra Kumar Kaul, was released here today.
The launching was done by KC Tyagi and former Union Minister and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi in the presence of a large number of corporate communication professionals.
The works included in the book were written by Surendra Kumar Kaul during the Covid period and later on.
The poetry collection started with “Ganesh Stotram” and ended with the poem “Jeevan Ka Kya Bharosa”. In between, the sweet and sour experiences from childhood to old age have been given expression in words. College, home-family, society, office, relationships, nature, changing environment, all are included in the theme.
After giving his services in administrative posts for a very long duration, SK Koul has entered the world of Hindi poetry. He believes that writing poetry has given him a new purpose of life.
This is the first effort of the poet, and it is superb. Poetry writing is also a spiritual practice, the selection of words, style, flow, experience is accessible. Apart from this, it flourishes by studying and meditating on the creations of well-known poets.
