IGP Jammu reviews arrangements for Commemoration Day Parade

JAMMU, Oct 13: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, today reviewed the security related arrangements for the Commemoration Day Parade to be held on October 21, 2023, to pay tribute to the police martyrs.
Chairing a high-level security related meeting of the police officers in this context, the IGP Jammu stated that a blood donation camp will be organised on the occasion of the Commemoration Day Parade.
He briefed the officers with regard to preparation, administrative arrangements, publicity/invitations and other important arrangements required to be made for the event.
The IGP Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, directed the police officers to maintain close coordination and ensure that all the arrangements are put in place in a coordinated manner.
DIG JKS Range, DIG Armed Jammu, DIG IRP Jammu, SSP Jammu, CO SDRF Jammu, SSP Railways Jammu, SSP Traffic City, Jammu, SSP APCR, Jammu, SP City North/South/Rural Jammu among other officers attended the meeting.
