RS PURA, Oct 17: Accusing BJP leadership of befooling people of the country in the last over nine years with web of lies and false promises, Congress leader and DCC Member Taranjit Singh Tony today asserted that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is the only hope for India and its population.
While addressing a meeting in Suchetgarh, the Congress leader said that BJP’s ploy for the 2024 Lok Sabha election is to spread the pack of lies across the length and breadth of the country to once again hoodwink the electorate as it did in 2014 and 2019. He said that people living in every nook and corner have understood the trap tactics of BJP and this time the Saffron brigade should get ready to witness forfeiting of bail bonds of its leaders, who will be in fray.
Tony said it is the time to throw out BJP from power corridors as it has given the worst time to the country and its people in the last over nine years. He said that BJP Government has transformed prosperous and progressive India into land of hopelessness and educated unemployed youths, making a strong case of uprooting its leadership from all corners of the country as it deserves this for failing India on all counts.
“With votes of youths, who were deceived by BJP Government, crossing 50 crore, the result of 2024 poll is already out with BJP decimation becoming inevitable”, he said adding that Congress party has the track record of standing shoulder to shoulder with people of all shades and given power this time, it will continue to bring back the country on track and satiate the aspirations of the youth, which presently is living in gloom as directionless BJP Government has failed in all spheres.
” Except Jumlas, BJP leadership including the PM Narendra Modi has nothing else to offer and therefore, it is right time to support Rahul Gandhi, as he has emerged as the leader of masses after the Bharat Jodo Yatra phenomenal success”, he said adding that BJP which boasted a lot for developing J&K has made it number one region of the unemployed educated youths.
