Parray, Bhalwal relieved; two SSPs posted

JAMMU, Oct 18: Jammu and Kashmir Government today relieved Imtiaz Ismail Parray, DIG (Training) Police Headquarters, to enable him to take up the new assignment of Deputy Inspector General in the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
The Government also ordered that Sarah Rizvi, DIG IR Jammu, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DIG (Training) Police Headquarters, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
An order issued in this context by the Home Department read, “consequent upon the approval of the competent authority for appointment of Imtiaz Ismail Parray, DIG (Training) Police Headquarters, as DIG in SSB, on deputation basis, for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier, the officer is relieved from the Union Territory of J&K, to enable him to take up the new assignment at the Centre.”
“It is further ordered that Sarah Rizvi, DIG, IR Jammu, shall hold the charge of the post of DIG (Training) Police Headquarters, in addition to her own duties, till further orders,” read the order.
Meanwhile, the Home Department has also relieved Rakesh Bhalwal, SSP Srinagar, to enable him to take up the new assignment in his parent cadre i.e. Manipur Cadre.
Post relieving of Bhalwal to his parent cadre, the Government has ordered that Ashish Kumar Mishra, SSP Anantnag, shall be the new SSP Srinagar while as GV Sundeep Chakravarthy, AIG (CIV) Police Headquarters, shall be the new SSP Anantnag.
