JAMMU, Oct 19: A meeting of the Governing Body of Rogi Kalyan Samiti of Government Hospital Sarwal was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar Vaishya in his office. Members who attended this meeting were ADC Jammu Sandeep, Corporator Arun Khanna, Chief Medical Officer Jammu Dr Harbaksh Singh and concerned Executive Engineers of PDD, PHE, PWD , ME& HD, and their representatives and the staff of the hospital .
Medical Superintendent Dr Vijay Raina briefed the agenda of the meeting and gave power point presentation about the initiatives taken by the hospital administration for the benefit of patient care.The members were also apprised about the steps taken recently to streamline the functioning of the hospital as a whole.
The DC laid stress on the insectoral coordination for making the health care available to the public at their doorsteps and added that all healthcare workers should ensure to work with dedication and sincerity with close cooperation with alied staff to improve better health care of the people at large.
The members were also informed that the most of tasks assigned in the previous meeting were completed and completion of remaining works will be taken upto in the shortest possible time. Later fresh proposals were approved by the members which shall be undertaken and completed as soon as possible after following the codal formalities.
