500 youth will be trained Drone technology: R S Bali

DHARAMSHALA, Oct 21: Tourism Corporation Chairman  RS Bali said that through Skill Development Corporation in Himachal, 500 youth will be trained in the drone sector, along with this, one thousand youth will be trained in the field of solar energy and electric vehicles so that the youth can get  better opportunities employment opportunities.

In a meeting organized with the operators of skill centers of Entrepreneurship Development Institute in Nagrota Bagwan on Saturday, RS Bali, as the chief guest, said that 5000 students will be given training in  English Employment Entrepreneurship ( EEE) so that the youth of the state will be proficient in English language and employment skills.

RS Bali said that the present government is determined to provide employment opportunities to the youth. RS Bali said that there are immense possibilities of self-employment in the health care sector and tourism hospitality and in view of these possibilities, an initiative has been taken in Himachal towards training the youth in tourism hospitality and along with this, skill centers have been created to provide training to the youth from the health care  point of view.

He said that the special emphasis will also be given on related training so that more and more youth of Himachal can get employment opportunities.

Chairman of Tourism Corporation said that with the help of Labour Employment Department, Technical Education Department and Himachal Skill Development Corporation, employment fairs will be organized every month for various trained candidates across the state as per the market requirements.
